In 2025, Kaishun was accepted into the RCM’s Professional Engagement Service, which includes performance opportunities at distinguished venues such as the Royal Albert Hall, as well as private client and corporate events.

Her conducting experience includes opera chorus scenes from Turandot and Tosca. Her chamber music performances include the works by Brahms, Beethoven and Louise Farrenc. In 2024, she was honoured as a recipient of both the SongEasel Young Artist Program and the Accademia dell’Opera Italiana Young Artist Program.

In addition to her studies, Kaishun teaches and mentors young musicians across South East England, many of whom have achieved top prizes in local music festivals. She has performed at notable venues such as the Amaryllis Fleming Concert Hall, Austrian Cultural Forum, Lauderdale House and St. James’s Church Piccadilly.
